Meet Linda - Founder of Strive
Linda has over 3 decades of experience as a registered nurse and mental health professional. With 26 years of experience in the NHS, including Senior Nurse Leadership positions and Director of Adult Mental Health Services, Linda has a wealth of clinical insights and leadership experience.
As a Expert Witness for Court proceedings, she has given her clinical expertise across approximately 350 cases, offering invaluable insights into legal matters such as acquired brain injuries, mental health issues, and physical disabilities.
Linda launched Strive, in September 2021 to revolutionise the way businesses approach employee wellbeing. Recognising the growing need for a comprehensive solution that would address concerns like absenteeism, presenteeism, stress, burnout, and employee-management conflict.
In late 2022, she introduced the Company Wellness Check - a diagnostic tool and report that allows employers to assess, monitor and improve the mental fitness of their workforce.
