Linda Neville - Founder of SanaMente
 

Linda Neville CEO DHyp RMN BA MSc CNHC Registered 

Linda has a career spanning 26 years in the NHS. She gained unique clinical experience working with clients with significant and enduring mental health conditions before spending a number of years in Senior Nurse Leadership positions, culminating in an Operational Director role.  
 
As Director of Adult Mental Health Services for Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland she was responsible for a £100 million operating budget and a £50 million capital development programme (delivered on budget). This experience gave Linda has first-hand knowledge and experience of the governance and scrutiny involved in managing services, people and pressures. 
 
Since leaving the NHS in 2011 she has developed her own business, providing Expert Witness reports for Court, and runs her own Private Practice, SanaMente, assisting people to make and embed changes into their lives.  
 
Then in 2021, Linda launched the online platform and community - Strive, using innovative and ground-breaking approaches to empowering people and businesses to be at their best.  
 
In September 2023, Linda was a finalist for Outstanding Female Entrepreneur and won Outstanding Woman in Care Services as well as Inspirational Female Leader at The Women's Awards (East Midlands.) 

Clare Copping Strive Mentor  

Clare is a Strive Mentor with a passion for helping people to be the best they can be. She takes time to understand the unique issues each client is facing before planning individual sessions to meet their specific needs. Her 16-year career in the health and wellbeing industry has equipped her to take a holistic approach ensuring the connection between mind and body is considered and understood. 
 
With 23 years at the BBC (mainly in children's television) in management and production, she has many transferable skills in working with people and managing challenging situations. Throughout her career she has strived to enhance her own personal development, she continues to pursue her own learning and encourages self-development with those she comes into contact with. 
 
Clare loves to see her clients grow, change and feel better about themselves and the life they are living. Her empathetic, kind approach engenders feelings of trust and confidence from her clients. 

Laura O'Neill Relationship Manager 

Laura is our Relationship Manager here at SanaMente and has worked here since 2015. Laura provides a friendly, welcoming service to people making their initial enquiries about hypnotherapy. 
 
She is a skilled organiser and keeps the team in check. Between managing appointments, the general administration and payments, she really is the glue that holds us all together. 
Lauren Irwin Strive Mentor BSc 
Having returned to university to study psychology as a mature student, Lauren joined the Strive team following her graduation in 2023. 
 
Enthusiastically describing herself as a ‘work in progress,’ Lauren is extremely dedicated to her own ongoing mental fitness journey. 
 
With over 20 years of customer service experience across various industries, she merges her practical insights, personal experiences, and psychological knowledge to embody the Strive ethos. In her role as a Strive mentor, she extends friendly yet professional and compassionate support to our members. 
 
Through her work, Lauren endeavours to empower others to actively participate in their own well-being and mental fitness, so that they too can Practice, Persevere, and Prosper.

Stacey Wragg Launch & Development Project Lead 
During lockdown, Linda took her services online. When Linda saw that online therapy could be just as effective as face to face, she realised there could be a way to truly achieve her mission “To help as many people as possible become the best version of themselves”. But to build a membership-based community, we needed- 
 
Content Development - Creating visually engaging content that is appealing to multiple demographics and learning styles. 
Data Management - Being able to manage your data and communicate with different audience segments smoothly 
Processes - Have the onboarding, customer journey and marketing communications processes 
Sales & Marketing - Writing the sales literature and designing the marketing assets. 
Project Management - Managing the relationships with external collaborators including Graphic designers, CRM management, Website developers 
 
And this is where Stacey came in! 
John Cooper Website Designer 
John is our go-to person for all things websites. Always ready to help, working with the team, he ensures all the website updates are completed as soon as possible. John is also the owner of it'seeze Leicester Website Design who provide bespoke mobile-friendly and secure websites to business owners across Leicestershire. 
Sinead Adcock Therapeutic Content Advisor 
With a passion for helping people, Sinead found her perfect role in the NHS. Working as a Therapeutic Liaison Worker on an Acute Mental Health ward, where she takes the lead in ensuring there is meaningful and therapeutic activity available for service users on the ward.  
 
Working with service users who are in crisis and experiencing distress she focuses on helping them to use techniques such as mindfulness and self-care to relieve their distress and manage their emotions. 
 
With 10 years experience, Sinead is an expert in relating to people and finding ways to engage and teach techniques to boost those healthy coping strategies.  
 
Sinead played an active role in writing the resources for the Strive platform. 
Ben Robinson Videographer 
Ben produced our animation videos for the Strive Member's Area as well as live action videos for a summer marketing campaign. His business, BJR Creative Studios is a specialist videography and cinematography agency operating in Leicester, Leeds and across the UK. 
Jess Talbott - Strive Community Manager
 
Roger 
Roger is our beloved office dog at the SanaMente office.  
He definitely keeps the team on our toes but can be quite  
a distracting colleague!
