Our free, online events are open to the wider community, providing opportunities to reflect, recharge, and grow. Whether you’re looking for mindfulness practices, expert insights, or a space to refocus, there’s something for everyone. 

Mindfulness for StriveTogether 

What: Monthly online session 
Where: Live on Zoom 
Why: Take a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect. These sessions guide you through simple mindfulness practices designed to reduce stress and support mental clarity.

Monthly Refocus Live Webinar 

What: A live session to realign and reset 
Where: Online 
Why: Explore practical strategies to regain focus, find balance, and boost your mental fitness. Each webinar features expert speakers who share insights based on the 10 Keys of Happiness and our Compassion Framework.

Wellbeing Walk for StriveTogether 

What: A guided wellbeing walk through the scenic surroundings of Watermead Country Park 
Where: Watermead Country Park, Leicester 
Why: Connect with nature, refresh your mind, and enjoy gentle exercise in a supportive and friendly group setting. This wellbeing walk provides an opportunity to reflect, recharge, and build connections with others who value mental fitness and wellbeing. 
 
Join us to experience the calming benefits of nature while nurturing personal wellbeing and connection.
