Wellbeing Walk for StriveTogether
What: A guided wellbeing walk through the scenic surroundings of Watermead Country Park
Why: Connect with nature, refresh your mind, and enjoy gentle exercise in a supportive and friendly group setting. This wellbeing walk provides an opportunity to reflect, recharge, and build connections with others who value mental fitness and wellbeing.
