Yes, we do recommend assessing the whole company, including senior-level employees, as part of our comprehensive approach to promoting mental fitness. Assessing the entire organisation allows us to gain a whole understanding of the company's landscape and identify areas for improvement across all levels.  
It enables us to tailor our services and support systems to address the specific needs and challenges faced by employees at different hierarchical levels. By including senior-level employees, we can foster a culture of mental fitness from the top-down and create a positive impact throughout the entire organisation.  
Whilst, not a strict requirement- it is good practice.
